If, in the remainder of our privacy policy, you notice one of the following capitalized terms, you should understand them according to the following definitions:

  1. “Shop” – an Internet service, the main website of which is located at modapolka.com,
  2. “Policy” means this document, which is the privacy policy you are reading,

Yes. To the United States on the basis of the European Commission Implementing decision of 12.07.2016 Implementing the privacy Shield (the so-called Privacy Shield). We will only pass the data to the certified entities under this decision, which obliges them to properly secure the personal data.
